Expectations and Limitations
At Ultrafloor, we’re committed to delivering exceptional flooring solutions tailored to your needs. Our services come with a promise of quality, durability, and performance. However, it’s important to understand that each project has its unique characteristics and challenges. Our “Expectations and Limitations” page provides valuable insights into what you can anticipate from our services and any potential constraints you should be aware of. Transparency is key to a successful partnership, and we’re here to guide you through every step of the process.
1. Quality of Concrete: The results of Ultrafloor Elite largely depend on the quality of the existing concrete. Not all concrete is suitable for processing and polishing.
2. Commercial Concrete: Most existing commercial concrete of sufficient strength and finish can yield excellent results with Ultrafloor Elite.
3. Variables: Factors such as aggregate, color variations, contaminants, cracks, patterns left by previous floor coverings, existing stains, nail holes, patched areas, and flatness can affect the final appearance and results of Ultrafloor Elite.
4. Newly Poured Slab: A slab that’s newly poured based on specifications designed for a polished concrete finish can provide improved results over an existing finished concrete slab. It eliminates a significant number of variables, ensuring a high-quality finish.
